Route 19 Inn

First time staying here and will be back. Affordable, CLEAN, nice and quiet. We got the Deluxe King room (we were only able to book a Queen deluxe online, but the lady upfront was able to get us in a King one) the rooms have a refrigerator with freezer, clean coffee maker, nice comfy CLEAN beds and linens, plenty of towels and washrags, even though we brought our own they even had some nice travel size toiletries in the bathroom for you such as shampoo, lotion, body wash and even makeup wipes! The entire room had a fresh smell. Cleanliness is a priority with me when staying out of town and this place definitely met the expectations. I was impressed!! Thank you!! The Shafer’s

Highly recommend!!! The cutest place, clean , roomy, quite, plenty of spacious parking! Pool for summer, end of main strip away from the noice and traffic, set off the road, beside a river with lots of trees and shaded areas out back with playground, so many extras! And the couple that own it are so nice! I will be back! Perfect weekend getaway!

Me my husband, 15 year old son and family pet stayed the week of Thanksgiving. Booked the family suite and was very impressed. Rooms were very clean, property was very clean. Front desk was super friendly. Bathroom was kinda cold we did go purchase a small space heater, but this was totally understandable considering it’s and older remodeled and still have some of the original tile and design. We had a great time and would definitely book again.

Nice little motel, has a retro vibe. Was apparently reopened in 2020 after a remodel. The quality of the remodel leaves a lot to be desired, with many noticeable issues like dripping faucets, buckled flooring, etc. That being said, it was very clean and reasonably priced. I would stay here again if in the area

Beautifully, renovated inn located in the quaint town of Maggie Valley. It is at a perfect location just 20 minutes to Waynesville and 20 minutes to Cherokee. The rooms are very generous in size and very clean. They allow dogs for a small fee. We plan on returning in the summer!

We stayed here friday night and absolutely loved EVERYTHING about this place. I didn't find a single thing wrong with this hotel. Super clean room super sweet staff and two beautiful creeks beside the hotel. Also we absolutely loved the antique feel to our stay. I promise yall we will be back

Built in 1948 but “majorly “ updated. Wanderful owners from North Carolina. Not a franchise. Price extremely reasonable . Peaceful babbling creek running beside the establishment great place to sit and relax and rest your eyes after settling in. Outstanding location for minimal time trip to the Cherokee reservation and all other tourist establishments less than 20 minutes from Cherokee Casino or a great breakfast at Joey’s pancakes and if you’re in the mood for a great barbecue later in the day, try Haywood smokehouse it makes for a great peaceful weekend if you want a quick getaway and again the owners will bend over backwards to make your stay a memorable one.

Absolutely amazing stay at the Route 19 Inn! My husband and I were traveling through the area on our anniversary trip and picked this hotel based on the reviews and customer photos. I am so glad we stayed! Check in was super easy. We found ourselves delayed due to traffic but we were able to check in over the phone and pick up our key at the lock box. The rooms are even cuter in person. The first thing we noticed when walking in was how CLEAN it smelled! The room was spotless, the decor was so cute and vintage, and the bed was comfortable. We will absolutely stay here again and I am going to recommend this hotel to anyone I know visiting the area.
